An all around a bad experience and I will not buy from homefurnituemart.com again!! Furniture was damaged such as highly visible scratches on wood inserts on the top back panel, dents in the front edge of one of the shelves and a bent metal tube on one of the back panels. Some of the damage I repaired and some I could not repaired. Subject TV Stand was received when promised. Shipping box appeared to be in reasonable good condition, however when packing was removed, we found the stand\'s lower section corner to be partly broken off. When screwing in the four legs, we found three to attach properly, but one to fit very loosely to the point of falling off. It\'s hole had been drilled and tapped right on the joint between two pieces of pressed wood which were stapled together and had come apart (Poor Workmanship). We repaired ...

I purchased an $1800 entertainment unit from this merchant. The unit arrived very quickly,Im local, but it was damaged. After several emails and phone calls, I was told a replacement piece was on its way. After about a week, I found the same exact item advertised at another local retailer for $600 LESS than what I paid. I placed my order on April 30th, and the entertainment center was supposed to ship in 4 to 7 days. It actually didn\'t ship for about two weeks, but then delivery took just a little over a week (from California to New York). The local moving company who delivered and assembled it did an awesome job. It is beautiful, top quality and I saved over $1,000 buying from homefurnituremart.com. We bought dining room chairs and are very pleased with the quality of the chairs. They are very sturdy and were offered for a very reasonable price. The color was represented accurately on the website. However, delivery was a nightmare. The delivery company, Dorn Trucking, did call to arrange a day and time range for delivery. I purchased a large wall unit and was able to find something I liked better here than anything I could find locally. I also saved over a thousand dollars compared to local store pricing. Did have to patient to get it delivered, it about two and a half weeks to get it here but still a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the peice is much better than I had imagined. Very nice piece. Even my husband is happy.
