The bears in chairs idea is one of the best I have ever seen....without a doubt. The product is sturdy, completely personalized, and a keepsake for someone that they will treasure forever. Not only that, but this is an excellent company. Super fast delivery - helpful and fast customer service responses. I am definitely recommending this company to all of my relatives this holiday season!

I placed an order with 20+ bears as a gift for my Grandparents 60th anniversary. I was assured that if my item was placed on the day I placed it, that it would arrive within plenty of time. Well, it wasn\'t. They made an excuse saying that they changed locations and that UPS didn\'t pick up the item. This might have been true.... However, the day after the item was shipped from the East coast to California I called and asked if they could expedite the shipment, explaining the reason. I ...

I received my order very fast and just how I ordered. The only negative is that some of the glue is visible where they glued pieces on. Perhaps a little more time and care would have made me give a higher rating.

The company called my house twice to check on the order wishes, even though I was at work, they cared enough to double-check. I ordered my bears in chairs on Wednesday evening and I had it in my hands on Friday afternoon! Awesome service AND, to top it off, the bears are absolutely perfect! All names spelled correctly, in the right places - it\\'s going to be a tear-jerker for sure! I strongly recommend this company in all ways!
