I received a different brand than I ordered and it took a while. I didn\'t receive an email notifying me of shipment, but I realized later when it seemed like it had been a while, that their original email had included a tracking number. The product I received seems to be just as good as what I had ordered and it is quite a bit cheaper than what I had purchased locally. I will use them again, but I\'ll order well in advance.

Purchased vitamins from this vendor at less than 50% the retail price listed on the manufacturers website. They arrived in a few days and, as far as I can tell, are in the original, sealed packaging. I\'ll buy from them again.

Everything was fine. The only thing I wasn\'t satisfied with was the shipping price. The $6.99 shipping price for a small bottle of calcium was too high.

Customer service is a joke! You cannot get them on the phone and they are not at all available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Saving a few dollars is not worth the agravation of dealing with a company that does not care about its customers!

Part of my order was not in stock, they just canceled that part of the order without giving me any options (replacement item, waiting for backorder, etc).
