Ordering was easy and the product was shipped promptly. Unfortunately, the product was the wrong size. The website says \"size small\" and what I received was size medium. They said that what they meant was the product tends to run small, it would not necessarily be sized as \"small.\" The company refused to offer me an exchange because the items I oredered were on sale. I offered to exchange for a less expensive item without receiving a refund, but they refused that also. Apparently ...

Originally I was satisfied with my dealings with this company; however, when I tried to return a product, I was lied to. I was told that if an item was unworn and in good condition, I would receive a refund. I sent the top hat back (it was never worn--one size fits all most certainly does not apply to normal human heads), and received an e-mail in return telling me that they'd received the product but that it was "unsellable" and if I wanted it back, they'd happily charge me to return it. ...
