This purchase was worry free. Item was easy to order, price was competitive and it came in right away and undamaged. I canot comment on the customer service because I had no need to call them. A++

Overall service provided by this merchant was outstanding. The original item I ordered was not available, however, the merchant located a substatue that was just as good and cost $30 less than the original.

This merchant had the lowest price I could find on the item I was purchasing. Their S&H costs were a bit higher than most, but their low prices made up for it so the overall price was still the best. Everything was great with one minor exception. Two days after placing the order, it appeared to have not shipped. I called and their representative explained that this happens a lot; turned out it had shipped; she worked some magic and then it showed as shipped. I was able to get the tracking ...

Unique company with hard to find replacement parts. Lifesaver part rescued perfectly good computer. Highly recommend to anyone and I would buy from them again.
