I ordered 3 bar stools; one came right away and the other two were on back order. They where shipped two weeks before I was told they would be. Completely happy with the purchase. The style was the best I could find to suit my decor. Although I feel the price was a little high, compared to most similar styles, it was less expensive or comparably priced.

I have ordered a Mission style coffee table ( about 18 months ago) and now a Mission style TV Console. Both came in the recommended time; was in good shape; well packaged; was fairly easy to build; excellent solid wood pieces. I was happy with the end product. Certainly great value for money.

I ordered several rugs from this site, which indicated a speedy delivery date. Once the order was placed, I started receiving emails telling me it will be 3 months (!!) until the rugs are shipped. I called Customer Service to cancel this portion of my order and was told that the item might be \"in the manufacture process\" and the order thus could not be cancelled. This is strange because it was a closeout item, so how could it be \"in the manufacture process?\" They just won\'t cancel my ...

I was promised a $10 customer reward for every $50 spent, which meant I would receive a $200 credit. It was to be sent to me SOMETIME BEFORE MARCH 25, BY EMAIL OR US MAIL, and needed to be used between March 25 and April 8. I watched email and US mail for 7 weeks; on March 25, I left for Rwanda for 2+ weeks. I still thought I would be receiving the email or US mail certificate and had my daughter watching at home. ...

I have purchased quite a few pieces from Home Decorators and have been delighted with every one of them. They take great pains to keep you updated on the delivery of your item although sometimes it takes longer than you would like. The pieces of furniture are of high quality, sturdy, and very reasonably priced. Usually they look a lot better in person than in the magazine or on-line.

I\\'m in total shock by the poor reviews of Home Decorators. I\\'ve ordered from them many, many times over the years and have been more than pleased every time. They\\'re unmatched in the great selections, really quality merchandise (everything from furniture to rugs to silk plants and more), fast fast shipping, excellent packaging and AWESOME customer service.

RECOMENDATION: DO PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM HOME DECORRATORS. Read my story.,.. Home Decorators is a difficult vendor to deal with and my office furniture was of poor quality. I researched heavily on a particular desk and purchased it from HD ($350). Their delivery process and customer service is horrific! Upon numerous inquires, HD could never give me a definite date of delivery. They offered me "projected" delivery dates only. Forget about a delivery time, they expect you to wait around ...

3 out of 4 people found this review helpful The price should have been a hint - the "furniture" made in China was all show and no guts. The main structural pieces were made of compressed paper, not even MDF. The Veneer on these was painted on the paper and the fasteners pulled loose or broke. Pilot holes were inthe wrong place. Although there were some plywoods and solids in the doors and sides, the rest was as cheap as could be.

2 out of 2 people found this review helpful I ordered a craftsman desk in march ....in may it was still not received...they did NOTHING to find the desk then refused to give me back my money til they were sure fed ex had it ..another 10 days ...I am still awaiting my refund ,,Nice things but soooooooooooo not worth the aggravation save yourself a lot of heartache ..order from anywhere but these people worst I have ever dealt with!!!!!! ...

1 out of 1 people found this review helpful Yet another horrible experience with them. I ordered blinds which were made 10" shorter than I had ordered them. When I called them about it, they told me no returns! After telling them I'd dispute the charge on my credit card, they agreed to give me a refund - but instead, sent me 2 more sets of blinds in the mail over the next 2 mos! I was never refunded and am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Beware!
