The site is difficult to navigate. It is missing information on the products it offers. Even customer service, who were timely in replying, did not offer the information I need only said returns within 30 days. I have sever allergies to some of the things commonly added to supplements. It is of great importance to me to be able to find ALL of the ingredients before I order.

i have used this company more than once. the first time there was some kind of delay with the order, and when i called they were able to straighten it out and get the order out right away. the prices are better than the prices i pay even with a discount at my local vitamin store, and the selection is quite extensive. the only thing is that if you call the company, and i did to check on something with a subsequent order as well, the phones aren\'t always answered (and they apparently don\'t ...

My transaction was terrific. The price could not be beaten, and the order arrived in one and a half weeks - very good for free shipping. I recieved the confirmation email and a tracking link for my package. No information ever appeared on my link, but I am so happy with the sevice, timing, and price, that I will be using Total Health from here on out. Thank you for a job well done!

I was concerned about just how fast the item would arrive - but it arrived much sooner then expected - much to the delight of the person who it was for. The shopping experience was a very good one - and I would recommend this merchant. I intend on ordering from this merchant again in the future.

I did not have a need to use Customer Service, but was forced to put an entry in order to submit this. I was very pleased with my transaction with Total Health Discount Vitamins overall. The site was easy to use, and my items arrived fairly quickly and intact. I suppose the prices were reasonable - given the inflated costs of vitamins and supplements in general. I plan to do business with them again. Thanks!

I have been using THDV for several years, they appear reliable, but don\\'t use them if you aren\\'t going to order $85 which entitles you to free shipping, otherwise you can do better elsewhere,
