Unfriendly web site makes it hard to do business with this company. Contacting customer service is almost a guarded secret. Slow response times, difficulty tracking the shipment, and delayed shipping were annoying. I ordered eight days ago and after three email contacts with customer no-service, I still don't know when to expect my $105.00 order! If I can find my products anywhere else, I won't use A Good Vitamin again.
