I ordered a refrigerator for a project Sept 3. I called to verify status. I was told it would be shipped in 5-7 days. I then called back after 10 days of no notice regarding shipping. I was told it would be shipped the following day. I received an email stating it had been shipped Sept 19. After not receiving the product, I tried to call, but AJ Madison was closed for some "holiday". I emailed and left phone messages. I had excellent service with AJMadison. Ordering was easy, customer rep, Jonathon, was professional, delivery was on time. No complaints, whatsoever. I will do business with this company again.

I ordered a washer/dryer set from AJ Madison in December 08. The dryer arrived with a huge dent but was in working condition. I spent the next three months trying to get the dryer and then the dented part replaced until I got worn out. The customer service staff at AJ Madison went out of their way to be unhelpful. Every time I called, it was like starting anew as no one seems to have any records of my prior calls. I would not order the simplest of appliances from AJ Madison even if my life ...

After a long drive we finally got to their showroom. We where greeted by the showroom staff who guided us on the best products on the market. My wife who needs to know everything about everything, was informed and educated with all the knowledge she needed to know about the products. After a week of very poor communication from the delivery company, the appliances were delivered but, the driver said they could not get the refrigerator, which was still in the box, through my door. I tried to reach them and couldn't because they only answer 9-4 m-f eastern. I left multiple messages and sent emails. They never respond. I received a call on Tuesday saying they would be bringing it the next day (Wednesday) at an inconvenient time for me. I called back immediately and the phone call was not returned.
