I recently purchased an anti-gravity outdoor chair from down under chicago online. They promptly filled and shipped my order arriving inless than 5 days. I was pleased with their prompt service and delivery and had no reason to contact customer service for correction, so I am not sure how that end of their business is conducted.

I have nothing but praises to give this merchant. My merchandise was well packaged, delivered promptly, their pricing is excellent. I had been shopping the net and they had the best pricing. I was so pleased the first time, these actually was my second purchase! I highly recommend this merchant. Note, having no need to use their customer service, I can not comment on this aspect of their service, filling out this questionare I didn't have the option to leave it blank.

Merchant apparently 'forgot' to ship me the item until I brought it to their attention. And then proceeded to act as if nothing happened. It took 6 weeks to get something I should have received in a week....and they never apologized.

I had an inquiry about a shipping charge on the second invoice sent to my e-mail. (My e-mail inquiry was never addressed. Thus, I decided to telephone the company.) The Customer Service Representative indicated that I checked a Signature Confrimation box and that I "should read all of the information." I stated I did not check a Signature Confirmation box and that the second invoice did not correspond to the first e-mailed invoice. The conversation ended with my request of a duplicate ...
