item arrived 6 days after order entry. packaged well and sent via UPS. only concern was the UPS tracking # was not available on the yahoo website - it just said "shipped" with no other status. kinda leaves you in limbo 5 days out,

Ordered by web, very easy and accessible. No problems at all. Shipping options were reviewed and discussed to statisfy both seller and purchaser. Fedex delivered at wrong address, so not scsitray\'s fault. Howerver, I did get the package after 1 week, but still am awaiting scsitray\'s response regarding my complaint about the whereabouts of my delivery. I would order again. NIels

Overall, I was mostly pleased with my service. I only have two points that I\\'d say should be revisited by scsitray: 1) Once I placed my order, it basically went into the abyss and for two days, I didn\\'t hear anything. I ended-up writing an email myself to get a status on my order. I\\'d also read this complaint from other buyers when I made my purchase. Credit is given back on scsitray\\'s part because they did, quite promptly, respond to my inquiry with tracking information. I\\'d just ...

Needed this part very quickly so I called ahead to ensure availability and ship times. When I called it was about 15 minutes before the shipping cutoff for that day. The person I spoke with assured me that they would get it in before the cutoff and they did.

The delivery is too slow compared to other places like Newegg or Amazon. But we can find the right trays needed here and save a bundle.

I purchased 7 trays for Dell servers. They had the best price, the process was easy, and the delivery quicker than I expected. A very pleasant purchase experience.

It took two weeks to get my order after being told it would take a week. Only got a response to one of three email inquiries and was told curtly that my order had been delayed for some reason. However, the product was reasonably priced and was packaged very carefully. Checkout was fast and easy. If you dont expect decent customer service, and if you dont need parts in a hurry, you might be OK with this outfit.
