6 out of 7 people found this review helpful The problem is this company's ability of shipping and handeling orders. I placed order in Nov for new year gift, but couldn't receive it after 4 full weeks. The customer service is not friendly and blame everything on USPS. I will never come back again.

They offer flat rate $5 shipping with a minimum purchase, which seems very fair to me. The customer service people know what they are doing. When one of my tableware pieces broke during shipping, the customer service quickly reshipped a replacement without giving me any hassles. So, I will definitely shop here again.

A good set of knives. But the bolster needs to be filled befor sharpening. you need to do this to prevent a half circle from ocurring in the blade edge at the bolster area.
