customer service at online xpressions is the BEST! I found the barstools and tables I needed at a better price than anywhere else. I placed a large order and they were able to get me a really good price on the freight and schedule an exact delivery day. I received email updates thru every stage of the order. GREAT COMPANY!

Ordered a set of chars with an expected delivery date 7 business days later. Called to confirm date after no tracking number was issues. Told that order would ship in 3 days. Today got a note saying that the chairs will not ship until the end of the month. Had I known thai up front I could have saved $40 by ordering from another merchant who had a a ship date of the end of the month. To add insult to injury I sold my old chairs based on their original ship date. So I will be out of the ...

Customer Service was great and the product was the cheapest price I could find online. Item as described. I was a bit worried about ordering through this site at first but glad I did so. I\\'m sure I will be making more purchases from them sometime in the future.

Excellent service, left message and call returned. Had a damaged item - no hassles, they immediately replaced. This is the 2nd time I have purchased throught them and service has been outstanding. Highly recommended if you are uneasy about shopping online.
