the price and delivery were fine. But the product wasn\\'t what I ordered. I don\\'t know if they sent the wrong product or if the product was incorrectly represented in the catalog. I ordered elastic waist jeans, and there is no give, no elastic in the waist of the jeans I recieved. I am returning the product.

My wife wanted some Slipper Socks but since it's not Christmas time, they are hard to find in a store. We found them here at a great price with many colors to choose from. They were sent quickly and the Socks are of a good quality.

I ordered underwear on Dec. 9 -- and I am STILL waiting for the delivery on Feb. 14. I've had several email responses to my emails, but have not heard a peep out of them since I left a voice mail and email on Jan. 24. I left yet another email and voice mail tonight, and plan on following up with the appropriate agencies in NY and Brooklyn unless I hear from them. They should be ashamed of themselves -- the underwear is for my 90 year old Mom who is in a nursing home.

Finding the item in question was VERY easy as was ordering it. I found the tracking of when an item was shipped and expected for delivery not to my liking. I wasnt sure if I had picked a bad company. Luckily I did not but I was nervous about it.

There was a problem with fed/ex delivery. When I called to notify the company they immediately took care of it. The order was received within a few days. Customer service was excellent.
