Number One, the person I talked to turned the term 'customer service' into an oxymoron even though I was polite. Number Two, the person told me that he would have someone from another department call me to resolve and to my surprise, no one ever called back to resolve. You could not coordinate a specific time period during the day with Fed Ex Ground ( that happens to ship their smaller items) and they will not leave it by the door or bring it to a neighbor.
