Initially, I had difficulty placing my order because the website wasn't working properly. I sent several emails and finally reached the owner by phone. She was unaware of the website problem and subsequently bent over backwards to make my experience everything one could wish. Her product is excellent and the price couldn't be beat. Above all, she was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend TungGear for both quality and service!

Service was wonderful and prompt. I was informed that shipping was not possible to an APO addreess, which is understandable,and corrections were made on my part. Shipping was extremely quick, my shipment arrived shortly after correcting my mailing address. I enjoy my purchase. Thankyou again. Lisa

This was a wonderful experince - when things are so much harder to find and get what you want - this was so easy - and the time I got it to me was excellent. Not sitting wondering when... Thanks for your help - It was great and this is one of the gifts she asked for Christmas.

My order was delayed and the company didnt charge for shipping because of it. Their clothing is made in the USA and is very high quality. I will definitely buy from them again.
