I ordered a Bears pillow and was sent the wrong one. I have emailed them twice and have not heard back from them and it has been several days now. I left a message on their on line chat because it was closed and sent an email and have not heard one word back from them. This was a Christmas present that now I have to give them the wrong one or give them something else. I am very dissapointed and it's like they don't even care.
