Do not order from this establishment. Manager extremely rude when I called concerning an order I placed in which I did not recieve the indicated item. He was unwilling to make the situation right and made light of an issue that was relevant to me concerning my order. Spend the extra few bucks to make sure you get treated right and are getting what you paid for.

i order one day and two days latter it was here at my house every thing was just like i order its a great company to buy from i will buy from them again and the price was good two you can shop around with other company i have but you will not get the service that you will get from hair retail i will only buy from them now on thanks to all the hair retail employee for you doing a find job .

I purchased two hair products and my card was charged on June 11th. On June 13th received an email to say that my order has been shipped. After not receiving anything in the mail� I sent an email on July 11th asking if they could check to see what happened to my order. Five days later, I still have no package and no response to my email! I will not recommend this store to anyone else nor will I ever make another purchase from them. This was my first purchase through Yahoo recommendation. ...
