!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! I placed aN order with this company and within two minutes of placing the order needed to cancel one of the items. There was not customer service contact phone number, just an e-mail address. I IMMEDIATELY e-mailed them at the address posted on their account and they responsed, that they could not cancel it because it was already at the mfgrs.and I would just have to refuse it when it arrived. Since then I have e-mailed them 4 times ...

The photo of the microwave shelf I ordered was small, but depicted a nice-looking white shelf that might look appropriate in a home kitchen. They shipped it fairly quickly, however the product turned out to be a stamp-cut machine bent chunk of steel that had been lightly coated on only one surface with white paint -- the surface was already scratched. Two weeks after the expected delivery date, the item had not shipped, so I cancelled the order. It has been six weeks since I cancelled my order, and I still do not have my refund. I keep contacting Instawares, and they keep telling me the refund will post in five days, yet it never does. Don't shop here.

I ordered an item and was originally told to expect it in 5-10 business days. When it didn't come I was told it was backordered and would not come for another month. Then I was told that it was still backordered and would not come for another few months. After having waited 3.5 months I decided to cancel my order. It took 3 more months, and 8 emails, including getting my credit card company involved, before I received a refund check. This has been by far my worst Internet purchase ...

After reading these reviews, I was a little concerned about placing an order with this company but decided to give them a try. I was hoping that people posting on theses sites were a small number of there customers who had had a bad experience. 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! They do not carry most of the items they advertise. The website indicated they had items "In Stock", 2 emails and over a week later they notified me they could not process the order and would credit my account.
