Padilly.com is crooked. They charged me for almost $400 worth of toys that I never received. I eventually called three weeks after the charge and they gave me inconsistent and changing stories as to what happened with the package: the reasons varied from "they left it on your porch" to "FEDEX is unable to track it". Well, the reason FEDEX was unable to track it is because Padilly.com never sent it. When a "replacement" finally did come, the product was broken and I compained but customer service ...

PADiLLY.com is my favorite source of HABA German toys. They have the biggest selection at the lowest prices and they are great about last minute changes in your order (adding an item). Also, they answer questions quickly. They have the most affordable shipping costs of any online store, which I really appreciate and I also like the fact that they allow me to request USPS as a shipping option. And they ship quickly! Padilly is one of the only places I could find the Ravensburger bear that is my six month-old's best friend. The website was clear and easy to use. Shipping came promptly and the order was complete. I would order from Padilly again in a heartbeat.

Our experience with PADiLLY was excellent. They had the product in stock and not at an inflated price over MSRP for the holidays like EVERY other store out there did. And they shipped it out the next day (Monday, ordered on Sunday). Definitely recommended and would buy from again.
