HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a Prada wallet from Bluefly. Two days later they have 15% of "everything" sale, so I call them to invoke their 10 day price adjustment policy. The rep tells me Prada is not included in the sale so she can't give me an adjustment. This is totally false because other Prada wallets I was looking at were all on sale. Then she changes her story and says that my particular wallet was not on sale, so even though "everything sitewide" is on sale, they pull ...

I have been a bluefly.com buyer for over five years and have spent thousands of dollars at this site. Bluefly.com has products most dot.com\'s do not carry and the items are top quality. Have never had any issue with bluefly and was able to get a price adjustment on a product that was on sale one day after my inital purchase. I\'m about to purchase a shirt today.

Wow - I wish I had read all these reviews before I placed my order. I had the same terrible experience as most of these people. I ordered a dress. They sent me the wrong dress. I did not want to have to pay return shipping since it was their error but have been unable to reach anyone in person there. I get automated phone messages, automated email messages. BEWARE THAT BLUEFLY.COM WILL NOT CORRECT ANY ERROR(S) WITH AN ORDER ONCE IT BEGINS PROCESSING INCLUDING SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS. Firstly, the order processed without a final review. Once this happened I noticed that the order is to be delivered to an old address where I do not live. Whilst the selection and pricing is usually good, will no longer purchase from this store. Product descriptions are usually poor, often misleading. Recently, purchased two pairs of jeans when they had a speacial offer of an additional 20% off. Ordered a pair of Chip & Pepper, and a pair of Earnest Sewn. my experience with bluefly has been AWFUL! I placed an order over a week ago, which has not shipped. every email i write to them gets responded to with a pre-written email that doesn't answer my question; they've actually sent me the same pre-written email twice now! and forget about the customer service reps on the phone - they're absolutely clueless. apparently, at bluefly, they have their structure set up such that the customer service people can't see any of the info that the warehouse may ...
