I sent an e-mail to report that I received a micro sd chip but I did not receive the adapter which would allow me to use the chip with the camera. I received a response (not timely) that I must call a toll number. I don\'t have the time to call. My problem was stated quite explicitly. It could have been addressed by e-mail. The requirement that the customer must call a phone number (NOT a toll-free number), ensures that some customers are effectively filtered-out from the customer support ...

Delivery was fast and the product arrived in 6 days just as promised.The only problem I have is that the software disk that came with usb to rca convertor was blank!! As a result I ended up having to scour the internet for replacement software which was highly aggravating to say the least.That is the only bone I really have to pick.Everything else I\'ve recieved from this company worked a Ok.I would probably do business with them again.

The reason customer service received such a low mark is because I sent an email asking a simple question, "How long should the battery be charged." I never received even a short reply such as, I don\'t know. JJ jerryjohnston@cox.net

I received my order and it worked good with one cam but when I hooked up both cams they pick up on the same channel and cut each other out Both cam�s have the number 4 sticker on top of the cam?? Ihave emailed Customer Service tow times now and I have not heard back from them yet!!! order yhst-2040294139216-10409 Two Camera System: (2) RC450A-2-802CWAS
