I have had no negative experience with Mako Phone ... The items ordered are new and have worked perfectly. I have had some email corespondence with Mako Phone and have had no issues getting in touch with their Customer Service.

Makophone and Manufacture Staffs were very helpful and patient with me. After discussing all the ins and outs of the phone we purchased and what the one item that was amiss, staff knew what to do immediately. We sent the originbal phone back to the manufacturer and the replacement phone arrived extremely PROMPT!! Thank you for being a caring and customer oriented business within this Great United States of America! Thanks for beig there for assistance, too! Bob Compton

The radio works okay but no AUX OUT limits its use in a work environment without disturbing/distracting co-workers. Shipping/receiving the unit was a problem. I ordered the unit on 09/06 and received the unit on 09/17 (shipping cost was $9.48). I emailed the vendor a week after puchase because I\'d received no shipping confirmation. I emailed the vendor again 3 days later because I still had not received a shipping status. I received a shipping status on the day I received the item.

I received the ordered items almost immediately as if Makophone had shipped them prior to me placing an order. It was an utmost satisfying experience.

I was very, very Pleasantly surprised by the survice I received from Makophone! Since I had never heard of the company, I called them to find out a little bit about them and the product I was about to buy from them. I was initially attracted to Mako because they had the lowest price on the internet for the product I was buying the person I spoke to directed my question to someone who gave me accurate, and from what I could tell very honest information.
