A misstake from the begining.I found it for a lower price,never received a tracking number then when I did after numerous phone calles it was bogus.Unproffetional,person would just ansewer the phone with a hello,no greeting identification or offer to help.When I finally did receieve the package it was not even close to what I had ordered.It came in a generic white box wraped in bubble wrap only,no explanation for misstake.I immediately shipped it back and contacted my creditcard company to ...

Excellent value here with good quality camera for a great price. Mix-up at first caused me to have to work with customer service several times, and they were extremely helpful until the problem was solved.

Ordered two IP cameras that were to ship within 24-48 hours but it took about 10 days. One of them was DOA and had to be returned for credit, which they did promptly. Main problem is they do not have a deal with UPS or one of the other shippers to Canada and I had to pay a ridiculous processing fee and additional handling charges to UPS, which more than offset their low prices.

I placed an order for a starter security system and all arrived on time. I did not get the DVR that the ad showed however the one they sent appears to be higher quality so I\'m satisfied with that. The monitor arrived damaged but that would be the shippers (UPS) fault. I called customer service and was told to return the monitor at which time they replaced it and refunded the money I spent to ship it back. I shopped around and found that Surveillance-Video had the best products for the best price. At one point I did call the customer support before I bought my camera system and the guy was some what condescending. Never the less I got my COMPLETE camera system a day early and it FAR exceded my expectations. The Cameras look great outside my home and feel very study and well made. On my next camera purchase I will upgrade to a better quality picture (camera) but for what I am using them for it ...

Purchased Cantek 4 cam system. Box was badly damaged but contents were packed well so everything ok. Cameras are very good. Decent clarity out to about 100ft. Nightvision out to about 60ft. DVR is not like the one pictured, but still very good, although a little noisey and the menu is unpleasant to work with. Havn\'t tried the internet access yet. It looks like a nightmare to set up. For basic security observation this system is perfect. I would buy from them again.

All the material I around arrived on schedule and functioned as described on the website. In this case I needed to talk with a live person to ensure I ordered the right equipment. The phone call was easy and I quickly found out that what I was looking at was okay. This was my second purchase from them and I would use them again.

I had a poor experience with this online store. I had placed my order for a security camera listed on their site, and over two weeks later I had no order update or estimated shipping date from this vendor. Their website has no order status feature that I could check to see what the progress delivery of my product was. After I had sent 3 emails (unanswered) to the vendor to inquire about my product, I finally had to call them repeatedly to get them to ship my camera. I dont mind ...

I ordered on-line but made a mistake in the order that needed correcting. I called customer service and they easily and quickly corrected my mistake. The product was a great price and the product functioned as expected. I would use Surveillance-Video again with confidence. I frequently order on-line and this experience was way above average.
