I would say overall very good. One minor thing...the light fixture I purchased was rustic but the cord was very "bright" in color...I will have it replaced with a brown cord,

Purchase was little difficult because computer kept on logging out if you want to view the item, but delivery was quick. Would have appreciated if boxed individually and than in big box.

I received some of the tiles broken. I e-mailed the company and they were helpful and got right to it. sending me replacements. I will do business with them in the future.

This merchant was a pleasure to deal with. The website was easy to navigate and all the relevant information was there. Placing an order was easy, questions about delivery were answered promptly, the lampshade arrived exceedingly well packed and quickly. I will definitely be back to buy other items in the future. My experience with DirectFromMexico.com was outstanding in every way. I own a unique, Mexican-themed hotel in Florida and it isn\'t always easy to find various items we need, in order to keep the character of our hotel true. With only modest success, I have utilized several online merchants over the years. Some experiences were horrible and the others were barely acceptable. 1 of 9 items had a small broken portion that had been re-glued. (R Upper foot of a Small Sea Turtle had broken off and was glued back together) This damage was not disclosed to me nor was any discount given for damage at the time of purchase. Overall satisfaction exist between me and this vendor!
