I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Loveivy and I definitely intend to be a repeat customer. I bought two pairs of earrings for my 3 year old granddaughter and they are as beautiful in person as they appear online. They arrived promptly, beautifully boxed and also with little gift bags. I did not have any reason to contact customer service but I imagine they would be quite helpful as this seems to be a quality company. JC/SFL

I ordered lockets and they are beautiful but it was very difficult to get a picture inside and then there is nothing to hold the picture in place. Most lockets have a little border thing that sits on top of the picture to hold it in place and to cover the edges which may not be so pretty to look at after trying to cut it down to fit. Their service was as promised and delivery was on time. I ordered on short notice and during Christmas rush. I didn't pay extra for shipping and my order arrived on time. The product was beautiful and I was very satisfied. I would recommend this company.

I purchased earrings as a Christmas gift for my niece who is 5 years old and lives out of state. I did significant research and Loveiy.com had the largest and best selection of jewelry for young girls. Standard shipping was super fast - in fact the earrings arrived before I could even call my sister to tell her to be on the lookout for the package.
