I\'m always a little skeptical of places i haven\'t shopped at before, but these guys came through. watch came with all original boxing/packaging and looks great. i would definitely buy from watchmaxx again

The first time I called the representative said someone tried calling me after I placed the order to tell me the watch will not be in for a week or so. I never got the call or a message. I have called a few times since then to see if the watch was in yet. They keep telling me it should be in by today and that the shipment to watchmaxx was stuck in customs. ...

The watch arrived in excellent brand new condition and the packing was great. The price is the lowest compared with other places, and the customer service is excellent. I contacted the customer service and they responded to my question within an hour. I was a bit skeptical about buying an expensive watch online but I no longer feel this way after making a purchase here. ...

I received a $4000 watch for Christmas that worked for just 4 days. I returned it to WatchMaxx and they sent it back to me saying that I did not wind it enough and there was nothing wrong with the watch. This time it ran for just FOUR hours and stopped. At this point, they told me they would just replace the watch, which is what they should have done, ...
