Great transaction. The product I initially ordered was out of stock, and this was flagged up to me instantly. Once I had arranged an alternate product, it arrived very quickly indeed, considering it was a transatlantic delivery in the middle of UK postal strikes! Excellent work all round - I shall be using Atamaii again for sure!

I purchased a Hamtaro figure from Atamaii and it was very easy to select the item I wanted, buy it, and the best part... it came within 3 days! Way better than any other online seller that I\'ve come across. My item came to me in the mail in perfect condition. I\'m very pleased with what I bought. The only thing is that I wish they had other Hamtaros in stock, which they didn\'t. But when they come in, it would be worth shopping there again!

Atamaii saved the day. I had promised a purchase to my daughter and then was unable to find it anywhere! Atamaii had the product and it was in stock and shipped the next day!!! Will shop again

While I was shopping on their site, I was given a coupon code, but when I tried to use it, the code didn\'t work. When I placed the order, I used the comments field to ask that they credit my account for the discount that I was supposed to receive from the code. I received an email soon after I placed the order letting me know that my order would be credited. I was very happy that they were willing to honor the coupon code without me having to fight them for it. They emailed me to let me ...

Atamaii offers great products. Great packing and pretty fast shipping. However, when an item arrives damaged, the customer service is not helpful. How can one be expected to return an unopened item when the only way you can see if is is okay is after it has been opened?....

I was after a few items that I couldn\'t get in New Zealand. Atamaii was the first one I spotted on the google search, so I checked them out... A good range of products, and more importantly they ship internationally (something I was disappointed by a lot of US-based online shops - Either that, or their international shipping is exhorbitantly high) The other thing I was happy with was that they took PayPal.
