I've had a very bad experience with them so far. I ordered 3 things from them, which they shipped out in three seperate boxes??? Out of the three packages, one didn't arrive, which isn't really their fault, one arrived but needs to be sent back because a button broke right away, and we did get the third. Now, I understand that the shipping problem isn't their fault, but instead of trying to find out what happened themselves they said I need to track it down...which I didn't think should be ...

Moosejaw has a great selection and is a fun merchant to deal with. The catalogs are fun as are the notes included with packaging! You can earn points for future purchases! Often times their prices beat any prices I can find locally.
