Very disappointing. I tried to purchase a Shelti 315 foosball table - $847, including shipping. A couple of days later they called me to tell me the table was no longer available and that they would offer me $50 off the "replacement" table, the Shelti Pro Foos 1. It is a very nice table (and probably better than the one I bought), but it cost $1099 (which they failed to mention in their e-mail message to me). My experience with Willygoat was very dissatisfying. I spent the extra money to have my shipment express shipped because I had someone coming into town to help me put a playground together. I received the shipment on time, however it was missing numerous parts (over 10). The parts I could get at the local hardware store I did (and had to spend $10-$20 for them) so we could get as much done as possible when I had the help. The other parts that were missing took 9 business days to receive ...

12-20-2006/My son wanted a Ducati Battery Powered Motorcycle by Christmas. Because I change employment I had to wait until my first paycheck to be sure I could cover the charges on my credit card. Every retailer I spoke with said it was to late to receive by Christmas. I just ordered the motorcycle through willygoat and he will have it for Christmas. The young lady who helped me with the order was nothing but professional. Thank You again.

absolutely brilliant customer service. i ordered the bed from another "internet furniture company" and i am still battling them. willygoat's customer service representative seemed to personally order my bed for me, contacting the manufacturer herself as opposed to reporting it to someone else. i would recommend them hands down. it is nice to deal with honest people that have values and take care of their customers. thanks again willygoat.

Ordered a fireplace glass door on December 21st. Still have not received. Called Patio Hearth last week and I was told it shipped on 2/1/05. Today is 2/8/05 and I still don't have it. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
