I was disappointed that there was no free shipping - all of the price savings was eliminated by the shipping fees and it took over a week to arrive - as was estimated

Overall great experience. This is my 3rd order, and I\'ll keep coming back. I wish there wasn\'t a $4.99 \'handling charge\' since most other retailers have moved past that... but they were still cheaper even including that charge.

The price rating is so low because the shipping to Canada was SO EXPENSIVE. The shipping was twice the cost of the item I bought! Absolutely ridiculous. If this site had better shipping costs, I would definitely buy more from this site, as the item costs are pretty good.

Wantet to buy Bauer hockeysticks, but received a phonecall from someone telling my you could not ship Bauer sticks abroad (live in Norway), so we had to find another simular stick - delaying the shipment........ You sould inform of this upfront. Otherwise - satisfied
