Because of a product shortage, I received a phone call from customer service who offered some options and availability. Since it was for another person, she gave me a number to call her back after I had consulted the other person. She then processed the order change...I did not have to go online to figure it our for myself. It arrived a few days later. Now, that\'s service! Thanks.

I could not believe the customer service. I wrote asking if there was a way to be informed when a certain size shoe came in for me to purchase. An actual person, not an automatic reply, answered me and said she had checked the warehouse and that the shoe was actually available and here was what I needed to do.....I was both grateful and amazed. Thank you Healthy Feet.

I am so grateful to find orthopedic shoes that are stylish enough to wear and grateful for the ability to order and return (in new or "unworn" condition) as most shoe stores do not carry these kinds of shoes. I have problem feet and can not wear typical brands such as Naturalizer, Easy Spirit, Naots, Clarks, Hush Puppies, etc. Thank you!!

I have made two separate transactions and everything has gone smoothly. The one issue I have is with returns. In order to determine the correct size, I have had to, on one occasion, hang onto a size and then order a second, resulting in my paying for a return. Yet exchange merchandise is free. Yet I undertand the company\'s perspective as well. Excellent product and price!

The shoe I purchase was made for diabetics. I had custom made shoes made for my feet, I have 4 missing toes on my right foot, and found that those custom made shoes, that cost over $1100 to make, were very uncomfortable, and causing blisters on my feet. The shoes I purchased, Pedors Men\'s Diabetic Oxford Shoe, are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in a long while. The material on the shoe wraps around your foot, so if your foot swells, the material expands with the swelling so it ...

I ordered my shoes on Monday and received them on Wednesday. Excellent price, fast shipping, wonderful customer service and quality products. Couldn\'t ask for more in an online shopping experience.
