The item was of superior quality, the service and follow up excellent. The shipping was a little slower than promised. Overall I was satisfied and my gift was the hit of my brothers Birthday party. I will definately reccommend this store.

I have had made numerous purchases from this merchant and they have treated me fairly every time. I had one incident where something was damaged during shipment. This was not their fault, however they were a pleasure to deal with and sent me a replacement very quickly. I have no complaints about the merchant and only positive things to report.

Just received my purchase. Excellent quality and packed very well. Due to the high number of orders, the item was not shipped until several weeks after purchase, but well worth the wait.

Ordered 2 ticket frames Dec 8, a couple of days before their cutoff for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Items not shipped until Dec 22 after 2 calls to customer service (no toll-free number available). Items did arrive on Christmas eve but the uncertainty really made things stressful. Only plus is that the Customer Service personnel were available, very pleasant and showed concern but did not appear to hurry things up at all.
