Right from the get go, nice, prompt, and overall fantastic. Scooter runs like a champ, and if I have any issues, I know Valley Scooters is going to be there for me.

We were very impressed initially with Valley Scooters. We ordered ours on June 17, and they were backordered. Our credit card was charged in mid July, and the scooters were not even shipped until late August. We were not happy about that. They always send the bill of sale and the papers that allow us to get them titled separately, and our papers never arrived, so I called them. The woman in the office was extremely rude and even cursed at me. She interrupted me several times and refused to ...

The scooter was very reasonably priced, which has since increased due to demand the past few months. The scooter has been reliable for me, and I've kept up with regular tune-up and maintenance (such as changing oil, etc.) This is my first scooter and I couldn't be more pleased, I am very much a scooter-guy now and this is my only form of transportation now. The scooter came 95% assembled, I had to screw on both mirrors and also put together then install the battery. You'll need a 1 or 2 amp ...

1 out of 1 people found this review helpful The scooter was delievered on schedule at the designated price. It was easy to assemble (really didn't need a mechanic). I've only put 55 miles on it, but runs great & appears solid. No regrets whatsoever. Only issue was the wrong color.

I was given this site information to obtain the status of my order. All the information shown is that of my original order. This site does not provide me information indicating the order has been placed on backorder nor does it give any updated status of the order. The order was delayed quite a bit longer than expected, which did not satisfy me. Trying to call was a huge hassle and almost impossible! When it was finally delivered, there was a damaged part on the scooter and we had no instructions on how to put together the necessary parts.
