I had no problems whatsoever placing my order with Beautybridge. The product was as stated and the price was "right". I will not have any hesitation at all to place orders online with them in the future. Everything went smoothly. 2 thumbs up!!

I cannot express to you how terrible this transaction really was. Not only did the company send me someone else\'s order entirely--they refused to correct the error in any way, shape, or form. In addition, they refused to have the items sent back to them. Moreoever, the customer service was of the lowest quality--they barely speak english, they hung up on me repeatedly, and the company got caught in one lie after another--never offering an explantion as to why they would tell me one thing in ...

The site is efficient and I love the product. I just wish it were a bit less expensive---but I guess with free shipping the company must charge what it does. I don\'t order much online because of the outrageous shipping fees; and I would have not ordered this except I liked it so much I made an exception.

The cosmetics that I bought from Beauty Bridge were the lowest price that I have found. The items were shipped immediately and I received my order within a week. Plus, the shipping was free and I didn\'t have to pay a sales tax. How great is that? I will definitely use Beauty Bridge in the future to place additional orders.

Free Shipping on all products is greatly appreciated & will encourage or prompt future purchases. Fast service. Would appreciate the opportunity to select shipping via USPS vs. UPS, as there have been problems with UPS in this area. Samples were not provided, and would have been appreciated. Most I know buy full-size products on the basis of having first tried samples. Wish there were some lighter nail polish colors in the Sula line.

Once my product was shipped I then received it quickly. But it took the company almost 2 weeks to ship my product! Granted it was free shipping but there should have been much better communication.
