This was a first time purchase of a street address plaque. The merchandise was as described; the process went smoothly and the item actually arrived one week earlier than promised. I would shop here again.

We purchased window boxes and we were extremely pleased with the design and quality of the boxes. The ordering and delivery process was a breeze. Delinitely would order from Avalon again.

took almost a month to be delivered. no indication that it would take this long until the shipping notice was emailed.

The product I ordered (Christmas tree stand) was made in China, but no mention in product information stated that it was imported. Had I known that upfront, I probably would not have ordered it. I wrote to Avalon Garden and told them that, but received no reply to my comments. Product was of decent quality but high price for a China import. If a product is not made in USA, then should be labeled as imported and be divulged to buyer in product description. No problems with the ordering/delivery ...

Got it on time, They looked as stated. Quality was a little less than hoped for, but price was half of the others I looked at. Over all, good deal and would buy again.
