I ordered 2 sets of speakers Sunday. The order was shipped Monday from their warehouse in California and arrived here in Pennsylvania on Friday. It was free shipping since the total was $117. I gave the shipping only 2 stars because any other shipping options are ridiculously expensive. I gave Customer Service 3 stars since I didn't have to deal with them (which is in itself a great thing!) I would gladly order from these guys again. Awesome prices.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! They list a car speaker that they dont carry and shipped me something different. They have been doing this to lots of people with the same car I have and the item they ship is much harder to install and available cheaper on other sites. It also took them a long time to ship.

Terrible company. Purchased a brand new head unit for a boat. Shipping was delayed and the unit was defective. Company will not send new one. Their policy is to have it returned (your expense) they will try to get it fixed and send it to you. If it can\'t be they will refund. 6-9 weeks turn around. Their solution is to buy another one in the mean time. STAY AWAY. Will not work to rectify situations. Customer service, on hold forever and hung up on numerous times. Do not return calls or emails.

Customer service is terrible. Especially when you have a problem with your order. Long wait time for repair, and repair was not even made. Do not do business with them. You will regret it!!

Their price is good but their customer service is terrible. If there is trouble with your order you can forget about being able to return them. They don\\'t answer the phone, don\\'t issue an RMA. Horrible customer service. Not worth the good price in my opnion. Buy Beware!!

I purchased MB Quartz 6 1/2 and 5 1/4 Components. I looked all around and they where priced (not installed) $100 for the 6 1/2 and $130 for the 5 1/4 components. When I purchased both of them, plus shipping, handling and tax for $122!!! Savings of $120! My friend had MB Quartz same speakers purchased and installed for $780!! You can\\'t beat it! After reading some non-so nice comments online, I was nervous about using this site for some car audio purchases. However the thought of saving $120 on a $600 Amp told me to go for it. I called and spoke to a live person who confirmed the same exact item was in stock, so I ordered it that day. By the end of the day I had received an email telling me it was already shipped! I got the item in less than 4 days and it was in great condition. The next week, I was buying the rest of my equipment ...

So I shipped it back (at my own expense) and had to get it reinstalled (extra money) and then the second time, it was yet again another defective radio. PLEASE BEWARE....DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM THIS WEBSITE...YOU WILL REGRET IT MUCH LIKE IT DO!!!!!

I have sent emails and left voicemails with no luck. I have been calling them 3 times a day for 10 business days now. Pray that you never need to call. This will be my last transaction with them since they warranty their items in house. The warranty is only good when you can communicate with the company.

The first shipment arrived quickly and well-packaged, however the rest of the order was back ordered with no information about availability. 3. The receiver sent was the wrong color. I checked the invoice and I ordered the correct model. 4. I called customer service and an agent picked up on the first few rings. I began to explain the situation, and she promptly "put me on hold" when the call disconnected. 5. I called again Thursday and Friday ...
