merchant failed to post my tracking number or customer order number had to call them to get it, other than that, really great products! Fantastic selection of exotic perfumes and other items.Would use them again , customer service was very polite and did answer my questions. Items were packed well .

When I first received my order, via ground service, the glass candle was broken in shipping. I immediately placed a call and the sales rep was very regretful and enormously generous and wanting to make me a happy customer. I was offered the replacement of the whole gift basket assortment, but I opted to just have the broken object replaced. I received it in good shape and in "record breaking time" and at no extra charge, of course! Will recommend this company and website to family and ...

I never got the tracking info for my purchase, however it showed up in a reasonable time frame (less than 2 weeks), well packed and undamaged. None of the perfume had leaked, which I was concerned about having it shipped. Overall I was happy with this, I only wish that my order status had been more trackable. I was hoping to be there when the package arrived to prevent it sitting on a hot porch for a few hours.

The producer of the bath & lotion that I purchased called me because this merchant had not ordered new stock for 4 or 5 years. Since the "salt scrub" contains ingredients that can deteriorate - has a shelf year of only one year - the product would have been very poor. It was fortunate I had tried to contact Margo, the producer, so she called and checked and forwarded a new product to the friend for whom I had ordered the merchandise.

Order was not completely in stock so they actually CALLED to ask my preference [!!], then shipped it in two lots at no extra charge. Bravo. Great service.
