I had been searching for a reliable stand mixer, and came across this vendor who not only e-mailed me but called me as well, albeit to inform that the item was out of stock. Still, how nice was that! I did not rate the shipping and delivery as excellent since nothing was sent, but that will be for me, and others, to find out in future.

I ordered 3 items and received an email saying that none of the items were stocked and that they have no intention of carrying the brand unless a customer makes a very large order. The salesperson recommended I go back to the website and select other items. I am very disappointed and I feel cheated.
