1 out of 2 people found this review helpful I purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2003. The price was right and product received in a timely manner. HOWEVER, the download didn't happen. I notified them and another disc was sent. I'm thinking great. Then the second disc didn't download. I then called Microsoft and spent almost 2 hours one the phone while they ran checks on both discs and my system only to determined they were defective. Upon notifying the merchant via email (I have left 7 voice messages on their 800 # and have NEVER ...

They had the best price, hands down, of any other merchant for the software I needed. My ONLY compliant is that I wish they would have sent me an E-mail message letting me know when the item shipped and the tracking number for that package. Other than that, they were a pleasure to deal. we were able to get a great price on brand software that was urgently needed. ...

I ordered a SQL Server 20005 on Sunday night, received it on Tuesday. Price was lower than shown because they happened to be running a Free shipping special for orders over $100.

Ive made multiple orders from all4drop.com and Ive never had a problem. Always fast shipping and great service. Theyve even given me a RMA when they didnt need to realized that I didnt need the product at all - they even waved the restocking fee. The price isnt always the best, but Im willing to pay a little extra for the great quality of service.

First-time buyer. Went with this company because they had the best price on the exact (and hard to find) software package I was looking for. Site was easy to use and I received an email confirming the transaction almost immediately. Tracking info followed shortly. All in all, a very smooth transaction. In fact, it was much better than some of their higher-priced competitors! Software arrived 2 days later. UPS tracking worked great. Would definitely buy from again. Thanks!

Software had invalid product key and customer service number is disconnected, I got screwed! Don't buy from this company
