I haved tryed a number of times to call for support on device I bought.... One sim card reader I need the correct driver software.... Have gotten NO response at all..... If this is your support than who needs any, or in this case how can you get help !!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a 2-wire surveillance kit and recieved a bulky three-wire instead. Called when I recieved it and left message. Then 2 emails later no response,called several times left messages in both sales and customer service. They have a 2 day contact for return policy which I should have suspected it was shady to begin with.They lost out big cause if it was going to work ,I would have ordered atleast 10 more for the airline I work for. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM MERCHANT

After my purchase I gave a look at the reviews here and got scared. But I had already done the purchase. Most os people here were right. The packaging is very poor and dangerous. They send loose itens in a USPS box, without any protection. You must count on your luck. The itens sent were correct and they even sent one extra cable I didn't order. The battery they sent has a problem and the charger I bought with them is not recognizing that battery. Seems like it's a fake original Motorola ...
