The product was very nice. At first I was put off by the packaging but then I realized the earings were packaged to keep the pearls from getting scratched. I was also surprised at how fast the product was delivered. I would recommend this vendor and intend to use thfem again

I recently purchased a single pearl with sapphire pendant from Premium Pearl. I found their web page to be very informative with tips on how to buy pearls and ideas on what to give as a gift on different occasions such as wedding, birthday, or anniversary. The web page does a fantastic job of informing the uninformed customer, in this case me, on all the different types of pearls and their origins, and how a pearl is graded ( size, shape, luster...). I included a short \'happy birthday\' note in my order and they called to ask if I\'d like a gift receipt instead of a standard receipt. While they had me on the phone they also double-checked my order, shipping/delivery times and expectations, etc. Fantastic and prompt service. I will DEFINITELY buy from them again.
