I have ordered from this site several times. They have some awesome daily deals and great sales if you sign up for e-mail. Their prices are cheaper or comparable to others on the internet and shipping and delivery of all my orders has been very fast. I have not had any experience with contacting their customer service...but that is a good thing, since I have had no reason to.

Two weeks later I checked the site to find the status of the order and found that it had been canceled. We never received an email, and I�m still waiting to get our money refunded!! Now I have to scramble to find stuff for my 4 year-old�s birthday! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Buycostumes was the only place I could find the costume I needed. What I liked even better was that the costume came a day earlier than they said it would. Keep up the good work. I highly suggest this company.

I received the costumes in just 2 days...way ahead of their promise date. The costumes were incredible. This is probably the best online experience I have ever had. Way to go Buycostumes

Great store! This place has more costumes than anyone else. My kids were so happy that I could find the exact costume they wanted. What even amazed me even more was that the costumes was delivered 1 day early. I highly suggest anyone order they this company.

I paid, got my tracking number, and in LESS THAN 1 WEEK the mask had arrived at my house from across the country. EXCELLENT TRANSACTION! I will definetly look forward to shopping with them again!

I waited a week for my merchandise to ship before I called to check on the delivery since it kept showing up as processing. Then when I called, they said they didn't even think that they had it in stock and would get back to me right away, which they didn't. 2 days later it still showed that it hadn't shipped so I sent a note asking them to cancel the order and I placed it from another merchant. They sent me a note back telling me ...

2 out of 2 people found this review helpful I ordered 2 costumes for my 2 year old and 3 year old - I ordered them a size 2-4 - WAY TOO SMALL - when I tried to contact customer service via phone I was on hold for over a half hour and never got through - when I wrote an email I never heard back from them - I didn't know all sales were final because they never told me that when I was checking out - I will never shop here again!!!
