Overall very good. My order came with the wrong fans, I went to their website and entered a complaint/concern within 30 minutes someone had responded and said "sounds like...blah blah blah," he was right. I later discovered a missing part asked that it be shipped, did not get a response to that, but as of right now I have been made whole. I have yet to assemble and install the system, but initial tests show it works as it should.

Was the only store which had the item I wanted with a cheaper shipping option. (I hate paying more than the item price for shipping) Shipped the next day, and received the item as ordered. Packaging could have been better. Still an overall good experience.

Coolerguys has a good selection of top-notch PC cooling products, cases, etc. at reasonable prices. Their listings generally include enough pictures, info and reviews to make an informed decision. I\'ve found them a pleasure to do business with in the past and therefore turned to them again when putting together my latest computer upgrade. The parts arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Can\'t wait to test them out!

Excellent service. Delivery was good. Only complaint is shipping costs. Not sure I\'d order a case from here again considering shipping cost. I ordered over $800 worth of computer parts from another site, shipping was less then $12. Cooler guys shipping was approx $50 for 2 cases.

3rd [i think] order from Coolerguys, and have had great service each time. Their site is easily accessed, products are easy to find, AND they have the odd-ball things that I have needed for my own builds and repairs to others computers. Shipments arrive quickly and are complete. Can\'t beat that with a stick. They are a first-option site for me!!

Contacted on 1/18/2010 via email and phone and was told the items were on backorder but should be in later this week. Called Coolerguys and they apologized for the misinformation. They did offer to ship out of their CA warehouse but could not ship USPS....hmmm...order has a PHYSICAL address not a PO Box. This should have been offered and completed last week. I finally cancelled ...

One of the enermax fans I purchased had a short in the wiring. It took a minute to figure out why the fan wasn\'t spinning up but a few seconds with my multimeter and I figured it out and soldered a new wire on. Probably just a manufacturer issue. Anyway business with you guys was great.
