Excellent products and prices. All the products are of good quality and no junk being sold by this merchant. Yet, the prices are the lowest I found among other merchants. This company does it\'s home work and select only the best products. Once you done business with them you won\'t buy anywhere else. Highly recommended by this person who hates junk products!

I have ordered several times from Cooler Guys over the past couple of years. Each time my orders were shipped promptly and the items that arrived were just as described on their website. I have also called them several times and found them to be more than helpful. Overall, I have found Cooler Guys to be quite reliable and intend to continue dealing with them in the future.

Extremely helpful customer serivce, pretty much the best I\'ve ever encountered. They called AND emailed me when there was a minor problem with credit card v.s. shipping address. On an earlier order then fixed a problem with the item immediately and without any hassle at all.

I had purchased a cooling kit for a home entertainment center and when it arrived there was a piece missing. I sent them an email and they promptly replied that they would rush the missing piece out. They did exactly what they said they would. It is refreshing to see that there are still companies like this out there that understand the value of customer service. I am a lifetime customer of thiers now, they have earned my business.

Overall good+ experience. Great website, great selection, very good products. I had some difficulty with the dual temp/fan control box. When I tried to attach the fan power cables, both power connectors pushed back into the unit. I disassembled the unit to re-seat those connectors. 15 minutes later, the unit was fixed and reassembled. It has been working just fine ever since.
