I bought a camera online. The camera was not what was in the description. I wanted to return it, but all of my e-mails went unanswered. When I finally got hold of them by phone, they assured me they would send me a return postage sticker to send back the camera, but they never did. I had to fight it through my credit card company.

After reading many reviews of online purchases of big TVs I expected a long delivery time. I was pleasantly surprised when i received FedEx tracking info on on the day I ordered the TV and even more surprised when I got the TV delivered only 3 days after ordering. WOW, that's fast!!! The price was unbeatable and I used some of the money saved to buy a 4 year service contract. Highly recomended merchant and a ...
