The frames I ordered didn\'t come after a week and a half so I called and email customer service. I received no response from email and the agent never called me back. I called back two weeks from order to find out the items had not even shipped yet. The agent said the items were not in stock even though the site said they were in-stock when I ordered them. I canceled my order. The agent was friendly when I canceled my order, but I won\'t use them again.

The program seems to want me to rate everything. So I rated customer service "excellent," even though I never needed customer service.

BAD! I ordered 4 frames from this company even calling the company to personally talk to a person, the man checked the stock and verified that there was enough stock to complete this order. Now I get the order with 3 frames and a note saying that it was cancelled for the 4th frame due to a discontinued item. I never would have ordered this , I need 4 frames which match. I relied on your customer service person. I am waiting for a refund or communication from this company to recify this ...

Overall, this was a relatively pleasant experience with ArtCityFrame but there were a few things they can improve on. The parts that I bought (2 frame sectionals and acrylic/ foam backing) arrived approximately within a week of ordering, which was perfectly fine with me. If anything, I thought that the packaging size was a little excessive (it was quite big but nicely packed) - but better safe than sorry. Good News: Excellent selection of Nielsen metal frames. Bad News: One section of the large frame I purchased was damaged because of poor packing. Good News: ArtCity Customer Service had no problems getting me a new pair of frame sections. Bad News: It took an additional week to get me the replacement frame sections, which caused me miss a deadline. The second frame sections also arrived with the box in the same condition as the first, looking like it was dragged behind horses (UPS's ...

They took over one week to respond to a question by email. That was not good at all. The delivery is rated a 2 because it took a bit too long -- 2-3 days to fill the order. The frame was in excellent shape, packed well, and is a good bargain. It is as described, and very nice for the price. I would order from them again.
