I have owned nine different gas grills over the period of 33 years and have found the Weber grill to be the best. Lighting the Weber has been 100% grand - never faltering. The flavor bars do just exactly what they imply. Rotisserie is flawless, and being able to cook indirect is a real plus. Weber stands out as number one in my book of grills. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful I ordered my grill, after extensive research, from ACE Hardware Sunday morning April 10 at 2am, then picked it up 2 days later at my local Ace store in MN on April 12 5pm. What a pleasant surprise they originally said 7 to 10 business days. Only issue I had was that it did not fit in my car. The box dimensions are 39" x 31" x 26". Assembly instructions were very clear, although I had my power screw driver handy and managed to get it assembled and fired up within 45 minutes. No other tools ...

7 out of 12 people found this review helpful This was the most difficult company to work with for online sales that I've ever had to deal with. I had to ship my item, a gas grill, to a local store and due to terrible corportate and website communication, the entire transaction took 2 entire months! They are too new at this web sales and haven't worked out the kinks. They did not keep any notes of any phone calls in the order. Corporate people called me and left me wrong telephone numbers and no last names. A horrible transaction.
