I recieved a puzzle which states it\'s 800 pieces when really it\'s 750, and I also recieevd a puzzle that had 13 missign pieces when I put it together. I wonder if this a manufactureer issue or somthing that serious puzzles can control. But everything else was fantastic. I love how I was notified every step of the way for my delivery and I did love the ease of placing my order. Serious Puzzles is unusual in that, all along the way after ordering from their website, they send emails to let you know where your order is in their processing. Then they send an email to let you know when it shipped, and you know when it will be delivered as well. It is really nice to be kept up-to-date as much as this. I found this gave me confidence in purchasing and ordering from Serious Puzzles ~ a great feature. My package was sent out promptly and it arrived as promised. The box ...

Alright, here\'s the story; some time ago I ordered a puzzle from Serious Puzzles. While it was an easy process and the price was good, it took well over two weeks past the stated delivery date to reach me. BUT...after seeing my evaluation regarding that order, that very same day I got an email from the president of the company where he apologized, explained that he had tracked down where the delay had most likely occurred, explained what went wrong and promptly refunded the *ENTIRE* amount back ...
