I\'ve been using Nortonsigns.com for about a year for church banners 3X5 and 3X15. Outstanding price with outstanding quality all with free shipping. Just tried a full color banner for our Christmas Bazaar - looks awesome. The graphic designers who proofed my work have been great making adjustments to make the banners top notch.

The product was very good. My only complaint is that no where on their web site do they tell you the product is being produced in China. It is only after it ships that you are made aware of that fact. For me, because I was concerned about timely delivery, It caused me some anxiety. However it was delivered in 4 days from China.

After producing our banner there was an extra $20 charge which was not discussed until the very end. Also forget about talking to anyone. They have an 800 telephone number but they never answer their phone. Email correspondence is how the email was designed & produced. Final banner was delivered on time and at a very reasonable cost. The material is of China quality (grommets small and my not last more than 2 seasons)

Norton Signs did a great job on the banners I purchased. The only challengin part was when I attempted to reach some one via phone. There was never an answer (3 attempts on different days and times). Product ships direct from China, but arrived in about 5 business days of approving Design.

Nortonsigns.com is awesome. My church needed banners to announce upcomming events. The banners are great - colorful, great edge stitching & grommets AND at a great price with FREE shipping. I sent my "ready-made" layout to them by email and they verified that all was OK before I purchased. From after my email OK to delivery to the door has always been under a week. Shipping went to a physical address even though I expressly wrote that they had to use my P.O. BOX for shipping unless it was by UPS but they did not heed my emails. The package was going to be shipped back to CHINA but fortunately some one knew me at the post office in the other town. And if I knew it was going to be printed in CHINA I would have never ordered from Norton Signs ... nothing on their web site indicated it would come from China.... bad experience with Norton Signs all around. ...

Given the price compared to all the other local and internet prices, I was somewhat suspect of what I would get. Much to my surprise, the service was perfect, the product was excellent, and it was received in the advertised timeframe. Going forward, I will get all my banners printed here.
