still have not received my purchase!....even tho i\'ve received an e-mail confirming shipment and have placed 2 calls my purchase has yet to arrive! they assure me it will come sometime this week but i\'m kinda pissed as i wanted the stove top expresso machine for a brunch i was hosting....

Had problems establishing whether they had the product I ordered or not. I am not convinced that the Kona coffee blend I got was acutally what was labeled since it was supposed to be french vanilla. No vanilla aroma or taste.

The coffee machine is like a little piece of art - a beautiful design with brass off-setting the stainless steel; and, it makes great espresso. Arrived in a timely manner, well-packaged.
